Everything is cut to order and packed to arrive cold. Here's exactly how it gets to you.
Nationwide shipping · lower 48
- Shipped frozen on dry ice in an insulated box, so it stays cold the whole way.
- UPS Overnight or 2-Day, depending on your location.
- We ship Tuesday–Thursday only — never into a weekend or holiday, so nothing sits in a UPS warehouse.
- Shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout — you see the exact cost before you pay.

- Fresh, custom-cut delivery Monday–Saturday across the Austin area.

When your order arrives
Please plan to refrigerate or freeze your order right away. It travels with dry ice — handle it with a towel or gloves (never bare hands) and let any leftover piece evaporate in a ventilated spot.
If something isn't right
Because everything is perishable and cut to order, we don't take returns — but we stand behind every order. If anything shows up damaged, thawed, or not what you expected, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
